At You've Got MAIDS we recognizes that occasionally 'life happens'. We merely require a 2 business day notice to cancel or postpone your regular cleaning day. If You've Got MAIDS receives less than a 2 business day notice, or the maids are locked out, our system automaticaly charges your credit card half the price of your cleaning. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged.
These standard policies are simply a compromise. You occasionally need flexibility. The maids need jobs. With just a little notice, we can fulfill both needs.
Please submit in writing any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings. Do not inform the maids of any changes to your schedule; kindly notify the management of your local office directly. Click here to return to website.
